3. Products and Services

All products are made to order, and availability is subject to the fabric stock at the time of order.
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, but minor variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting conditions.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Sizing may vary slightly between designs and styles. Please refer to the size chart provided on each product page before ordering. Kurtiika is not responsible for fit issues arising from a customer selecting an incorrect size where an accurate size chart was made available.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order moves into processing and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately at care@kurtiika.com or WhatsApp us on if you need to make changes.
Once an item has entered production, cancellation requests may not be accepted, as products are made to order.
Kurtiika reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of fabric or materials, and will issue a full refund in such cases.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details regarding returns and exchanges. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in our policy.

6. Payment and Billing

Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase through the methods available on the Site.
Kurtiika reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not completed or verified.

7. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, Kurtiika may offer promotional discounts, coupon codes, or sales. Such promotions are offered at our sole discretion, may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice, and may be subject to additional terms (such as minimum order value, expiry dates, or exclusions). Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined with other offers and have no cash value.

8. Shipping

Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.
Kurtiika is not responsible for delays, damages, or loss caused during shipping, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving issues with the shipping carrier.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including images, designs, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Kurtiika and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

10. User-Generated Content

If the Site allows you to submit reviews, comments, or other content (“User Content”), you grant Kurtiika a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that User Content in connection with the Services, including for marketing purposes. If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, India.
